The products are sold as-is and are strictly not exchangeable/returnable. These items are on promotion because it's either discontinued, nearing the recommended best before date, has minor scuffs to exterior packaging or a combination of these reasons. We have, however, checked that all items are in usable condition.

Note that as with all natural products, formulations varies slightly from batch to batch in terms of texture, color and scents. What you find at the shop currently may be a different batch than what is available on promotion here so don't be surprised if they vary slightly.

Make sure you log in to our website as a customer. It's an easy form to fill and voila, you're set to go. Add to the cart what you want from our RM10 catalog and proceed to checkout. You will receive prompts along the way, so don't worry!

Shipping is FREE for purchases above RM150 (WM only). Otherwise, our shipping policy is on this page.

We're sorry, but for the SALE, we will not entertain "pick ups" from our outlets.

All purchases will be processed and sent from 30 June.
